Set up Faster COD Forms on your store in 5 minutes

Step 1: Enable the App Embed

Open Theme Customizer

In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes and click Customize on your active theme.

Enable App Embed

In the left sidebar, click App Embeds. Find Faster COD Forms and toggle it on. Click Save.

Once enabled, a "Buy with COD" button appears on all your product pages automatically. No code changes needed.

Step 2: Customize Your Form

Open the Order Form Builder

In the app, go to Order Form Builder. Here you can drag and drop fields, add custom fields, change labels, and adjust the form layout.

Set Shipping Rates (Optional)

Go to the Shipping Rates tab to create shipping rules based on product, collection, region, or order value.

Step 3: Configure Visibility

Choose Where the Form Appears

Go to Settings → Visibility to control which products or collections show the COD form. You can show it on all products, specific collections, or exclude certain items.

Step 4: Test Your Form

Preview and Place a Test Order

Visit any product page on your store. Click the COD button, fill in the form, and place a test order. Check your Shopify admin → Orders to verify the order was created as a draft order.

Test orders created through the form are tagged with "FasterCodForms" and "COD" so you can easily identify them.

Optional: Set Up Integrations

Once your form is working, explore these optional features:

Order Protection: Enable OTP verification, IP blocking, and duplicate order detection.

Tracking Pixels: Add Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other pixels under Settings → Pixels.

Google Sheets: Auto-sync orders to a spreadsheet under Settings → Google Sheets.

SMS/WhatsApp: Send order confirmations under Post-Purchase → SMS/WhatsApp.
